Damaged Goods and Shortages
Purchaser is responsible for inspecting damages or shortages upon delivery with images of the damage. Any damages or shortages must be brought to the attention of the delivery driver or carrier immediately. If any discrepancies occur, please contact us as soon as possible.

Colors
Images that you view for each item may not be exactly as shown on the delivered item due to various factors. Variations can be from printing and due to computer monitor and settings.

Sizes
Sizes indicated in the product pages are approximate. Hand woven items shrink when
production is complete causing a tolerance of 3-5%.

Rugsanddoormats.com try to maintain the lowest possible prices with FREE shipping. If you find a better price elsewhere, we assure you that we will match our competitor’s price provided you show us the following:
** The product must be identical.
** Delivered cost inclusive of base price, taxes, shipping, and any additional fees.
** Price disparity must be notified at time of purchase or within 3 days of purchase.
** Competitor’s price shall not be seconds, closeouts, restocks, special promotions,
coupons.
** We reserve the final right to best determine price match eligibility and to refuse any if
we determine that we cannot substantiate the lower price.

Return Policy

While we love to think every doormat/rug we ship out is perfect for every customer, we know these things don't always work out. If it turns out that your mat is less than what you expected, don't worry--you can send it back!

Rugsanddoormats.com is proud to offer shipping on returns for a nominal fee of $15.00 within 10 days of receiving your order plus a re-stocking fee of 20%.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return package.

Refund Eligibility
All our rugs are eligible for full refunds as long as they are:
** Returned within 10 days of receiving your order
** Notified of the return and reason within 48 hours of receipt
** Returned in the same condition and unused as delivered
** Personalized mats are not returnable
** Final and clearance sale items are not returnable
