receiving your order.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return package.

Refund Eligibility
All our rugs are eligible for full refunds as long as they are:

** Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
** Notified of the return and reason within 48 hours of receipt
** Returned in the same condition and unused as delivered
** Personalized mats are not returnable
** Final sale items are not returnable
