Return Policy
While we love to think every doormat/rug we ship out is perfect for every customer, we know these things don't always work out. If it turns out that your mat is less than what you expected, don't worry--you can send it back!

Rugsanddoormats.com is proud to offer shipping on returns for a nominal fee of $15.00 within 10 days of receiving your order plus a re-stocking fee of 20%.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return package.

Refund Eligibility

All our rugs are eligible for full refunds as long as they are:

** Returned within 10 days of receiving your order
** Notified of the return and reason within 48 hours of receipt
** Returned in the same condition and unused as delivered
** Personalized mats are not returnable
** Final and clearance sale items are not returnable
